Dario is passionate about sustainable and bioclimatic architecture and he strongly defends the benefits of an environmentally friendly construction industry. He is committed to leave a 'greener' future to the coming generations.

With the aim to gain expertise in this field he left his home country after he completed his studies at the Polytechnic School of Genova. He joined Luis de Garrido Architects in Spain where he was involved in deep green advanced architecture projects.
​
Now, in this new stage of his career, he is also focusing on the technical side of the projects - driven by Picasso's quote:
' Everything you can imagine is real '.
​
He speaks fluent Italian and Spanish.

Concept Design - Getting started
If you are looking to explore possibilities for development, both big and small, we have a friendly team who are on hand to help.
​

Developed Design & Planning Package - Getting planning permission
We will help to put together a planning package that includes: existing and proposed drawings, plus the verifying information required by your planning authority. Applications normally take 8 weeks to get a decision, during this period, we will liaise with the planners on your behalf.
We manage your planning process, giving you the best chance of approval.

Technical Design & Building Regulations Package - Getting a main contractor/builder on board
We will make sure that your project is in line with UK building regulations and will produce a technical package demonstrating that all requirements have been met.
We will prepare this set of drawings, but will also need input from other professionals, such as structural engineer and party wall surveyor.
​
We will help through the application process with the local authority or approved building control inspector.
​
We will help you to find a suitable builder/main contractor for your building works.
The detailed technical set of information will be issued to several contractors of our trust and get quotes for your due consideration. On receipt of the tender returns, we will provide you with a tender analysis to enable you to decide which is your best option.

Project Management & Contract Administration - Getting your project built
​
Once a builder/main contractor has been appointed, we will help you to prepare & manage the right building contract for your project.
​
We will make regular site visits during the construction period and carry out on-site coordination.
​
We will also carry out valuations as per the contract and issue payment certificates, therefore you will now how much and when you need to pay for your building works.
​
We will settle the final account and return when the building is in use to ensure no defects have arisen.
​
