TEXT

The project at Adys Road involved expanding the rear of the property to create more living space with a better connection to the garden. Also, the rest of the ground floor level was refurbished to update a dated home in order to reflect our clients' personalities, behaviours, and even their subconscious preferences.

While the front of the house was envisaged as a cosier space, colorful and richer, the rear was imagined as more practical and functional. This design principle was our leit-motif, and it was applied to the design decision-making process.

The project goal was to modernise this property in South London to suit the needs of our client's family, not only the day-to-day living functional aspects, but also their mental aspirations and desires.
