Gleb land is a small parcel of land located in Newham, South of London's City Airport. It's a triangular wedge of land adjacent to a Grade 2 building which is now used as a Music Hall. The brief for this site is to create a community hub and green cultural quarter by restoring the Victorian Gothic St. Mark's Church to its former use. In addition to creating a purpose-built theatre and residential housing including a vicarage to serve in the rapidly growing community bringing them together to a create sense of place.
